Job Title: Senior Finance Manager
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Location: Hybrid, San Fernando, Pampanga - Philippines
Shift Pattern: Philippines day shift

We are seeking a qualified and experienced strategic-minded Senior Finance Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide leadership and direction to our finance team while working closely with our group finance and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities
1. Overseeing and governing the preparation of Management accounts
2. Assist with the division budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning process
3. Ensure the company is always compliant in relation to transfer pricing
4. Management of transactional finance
5. Fulfilment of daily finance requirements of the organization
6. Coordination with HR on policy making and Payroll processing
7. Coordination with Operations Managers regarding billables
8. Establish, implement, and document accounting processes in order to scale more efficiently and effectively
9. Ensure compliance with tax requirements
10. Develop, measure, and maintain key financial metrics
11. Oversight and operational management of operational bank accounts
12. Management of cash flow forecasting
13. Finance team management

1. Bachelor’s degree in accounting
2. Accrual basis accounting working experience
3. Experience in systems and procedures
4. Logical, systematic approach to understanding and improving processes
5. Ability to understand, interpret and report on all financial areas
6. Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data, identify trends, and make strategic recommendations.
7. Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.

Physical Requirements
This job operates in a professional office environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be largely sedentary and will be required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset. The employee will be regularly required to operate a computer and other office equipment, including a phone, copier, and printer.
