Business Analyst for Partnerships & B2B Sales
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
SCF HQ is looking for a Business Project Analyst for Partnerships & B2B Sales, based in our Boadilla del Monte (Madrid) office.
Santander Consumer Finance focuses on business development related to consumer finance products, sales channels and commercial agreements with dealers, vehicle manufacturers or retail distribution establishments, as well as commercial functions associated with direct sales (branches, call centers or digital channels) and indirect sales (through third parties) of consumer finance products.

Responsibilities:
1. Identifying, negotiating, and onboarding global partnership opportunities in Payment Service Provider, Ecommerce - PayTech, Aggregators, Large Corporates, focusing on onboarding them for Consumer Credit product offerings and revenue maximization.
2. Manage business P&L and Revenue Generation and launching, building, and growing business and Digital partnerships.
3. Working together with Farming and Product teams to integrate PSPs and then, expand use cases and develop products to solve merchant problems and manage the customer journey and onboarding.
4. Making pitches and winning opportunities with other potential partners and constantly engaging with the key relationships at the partner level.
5. Managing customer journey - driving high standards of customer service and satisfaction.
6. Making data-backed analytical business decisions by predicting, controlling, reducing business risk using data.
EXPERIENCE
1. 5 years of experience in Consultative sales/ Solutions Sales/ Digital Partnerships or similar background across Ecommerce, companies that are largely BFS, Financial Institutions, Fintech companies or Payment gateways (B2B sales, Digital Lending, Fintech, Digital payments).
2. Proven experience in Exponential Business Growth, Strategic Alliances, Product Marketing and Product Life Cycle Management.
3. Knowledge of end-to-end digital sales process needs, including Ecommerce best practices, Electronic Data Interchange (EDI), web services, payment gateways and complex pricing and promotion models.
4. Strong experience in managing small mid-size teams and engaging with internal teams like Product and IT Operations.
5. Practical experience in running operations in a fast-paced growth environment.
6. Strong record of enhancing customer engagement and surpassing the revenue & profitability targets for the organization.
7. Experience as a project manager, leading complex projects on a matrix structure.
8. Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities with excellent interpersonal and public speaking skills.
9. Proactive, independent, hungry, analytical, and focused individual with a strong operational & strategic mindset and an aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving.
EDUCATION
Required Minimum Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Management, or equivalent.
Additional or Preferred Qualifications:
1. Direct or related experience in Project Management.
SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
1. English full professional proficiency.
