Housing and Student Services Coordinator

EF Malaga is looking for an energetic and caring Housing & Student Service Support. The successful candidate will join our Housing Department under the supervision of our Housing & Admin Manager. This is a full-time position with strong possibilities to become permanent.
Key tasks will consist of, but not be limited to:
* Provide students with quality host family/residence accommodation service throughout their stay.
* Meet and welcome new students on arrival.
* Assess student’s satisfaction during their stay.
* Handle any issue related to student’s welfare.
* Work directly with students, resident advisors and host families to problem solve, manage crises and help students acclimate to a new environment.
* Communicate issues with international sales offices (concerning logistics and students’ discipline).
* Promote and sell our homestay program and the idea of international cultural exchange. Host family recruitment as well as students’ placement in host families.
* Enforce school rules and policies at the residences and host families, manage and follow-up on student discipline issues.
* Manage school administrative processes including processing invoices, relation with suppliers, and expense department control.
* Organization of students’ airport transfers.
* Share emergency on call duties with other permanent school staff.
Requirements
* Priority consideration will be given to candidates with experience in hospitality or the education industry.
* Spanish (minimum C1). Fluency in English required. A third language is a strong plus.
* 2-3 years of operational experience.
* Sales-oriented and target-driven person who knows how to work under pressure.
* Excellent communication and organizational skills.
* Diplomacy, patience, flexibility, and strong conflict resolution skills.
* Ability to meet long and short-term goals, ability to prioritize.
* Positive attitude, sense of humor, and empathy for others.
* Sound judgment and problem-solving skills.
* Comfort with a fast-paced, unpredictable environment.
* Strong willingness and desire to take charge during emergencies.
* International experience preferred.
* Minimum age: 25 years old.
