The position

As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will:
* Ensure an exceptional candidate experience at all times
* Manage the full recruitment cycle including: sourcing, screening and interviewing
* Collaborate with hiring managers to understand and meet staffing needs, and actively take ownership in improving internal processes
* Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates, by working on inbound initiatives such as employer branding and on outbound outreaches
* Track and analyze key metrics related to talent acquisition to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies
Your profile

* 1-2 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, ideally in a fast-paced environment or start-up
* Demonstrated ability to support recruitment efforts across various levels and departments
* Solid understanding of recruitment techniques, tools, and best practices, with basic knowledge of employment laws related to hiring
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, in English; proficiency in German or another European language is a plus
* Ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners
* Good organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities
* High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality
