Transaction Services Manager, Madrid / Barcelona
I am working with Spain’s leading Transaction Advisory firm, ranked #1 in Deals for the 12th consecutive year! I am assisting them to build out their Transaction Services practice and seeking experienced Seniors, Supervisors and Managers to be based in the Madrid or Barcelona office. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-growing, entrepreneurial team and play an active role in the continued growth and success of the practice. Spanish language not required!
In this role, you will work on planning, executing and delivering Transaction Services (primarily Financial Due Diligence in buy and sell-side transactions) for international and national private equity and corporate clients. From the beginning, you will receive intensive training on the job to deepen your understanding of the mechanisms of buy and sell-side M&A processes.

Who we're looking for :
1. Educated to degree level
2. 3+ years’ professional experience gained in a large accountancy firm
3. Minimum 2 years' experience delivering financial due diligence engagements
4. Fluent English (Spanish language skills are desirable but not essential)
