We are looking for experienced nut and berry specialists with the following qualifications:
* Minimum 5 years of agronomy work experience
* In-depth knowledge of soil and crop principles
* Proficient in remote working and consulting
* Proficient in the identification of problems and finding a solution remotely
* Outstanding research and analytical skills
* Effective written and verbal communication skills
* At least a Master’s degree in Agricultural Sciences (specializing in soil and crop science)
Responsibilities:
* Evaluate general crop production of the farm
* Make a qualified study of the crop problem
* Make exact identification of the problem
* Make a qualified solution to the problem
* Meet the farmers' needs as much as possible
* Give a qualified consultation to the farmer
