At Amer Global Brands we are looking for a Brand and Trade Manager who wants to enhance and develop their career in the world of spirits from a juicy portfolio.
What would your responsibilities be?
Brand management:
* National role covering brand building of an assigned group of brands on the Iberian Market (Spain and Portugal).
* Brand strategies development based on in depth market and client knowledge as well as recommendation of adjustments of central guidelines to local market and clients specificities, input to the annual brand planning process in Iberia through hands on in market expertise on consumer and category developments to support the positive development of group of brands.
* Lead the brand building process to maximize distribution & visibility, increase rate of sales and implement Brand initiatives in the Trade like to POS or On Trade Actions; foster and broaden customer relationships with the objective of strengthening position of the company and the assigned group of Brands.
* Project Management, managing in a complex way all projects in Spain & Portugal of the assigned brands in term of image & awareness development
* In a complex way, manage all projects in Iberia of the assigned group of brands: image and awareness development
* Communication in all touch points with clients including among other complex digital presence, cooperation with local KOL, POSM and merchandising units creation as well as production across channels
* With media, events, sponsorships, public relations, recommendation of brand initiatives in key momentums of consumption to meet particular brands objectives like trial or education.
Trade management:
* Execution of the Trade Marketing plans mono group/mono brand and excellent coordination with Sales Team and Customers.
* Recommendation, Planning, Execution and Reporting of the On Trade Plans.
* Understanding of shopper, consumer, and customer behaviour in the point of sales.
* Be the nexus of Brand Owner with the Sales Team in order to connect brand needs with all the different channels.
* Be the nexus of Sales Team with Brand Owner in order to communicate the customers needs.
* Participate in the Commercial & Marketing agenda
* Looking for constantly improvement of the activities
* Having information about competitors in the different channels.
* Educate, inspire & engage both internally and externally teams.
* Focus on accurate plans (toolkits) for the on trade channel.
Team leader:
* Lead a team of two people
* Empower the team to achieve the assigned group brands objectives
* Aligning the team to the organizational sales goals
* Monitoring execution of the team
