Bilingual (Spanish-English) Training Advisor – Sales Dept.
International online training organization specialized in the construction, building, energy, technology and engineering sectors, needs to immediately incorporate a Training Advisor, with commercial experience handling outbound calls.
As part of the Company's Open team, and reporting directly to the Senior Manager, your duty will be to ensure the fulfillment of your sales objectives.
Candidate Requirements:
Training and experience:
- University graduate with at least 2 years of experience in the field of telephone sales, preferably services.
- English
- Skills and competencies:
- Proactivity, ability to work as a team, empathy, organized professional and planner.
- Dynamic and proactive person, very oriented to sales. Good communicator with interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency of office tools and internet environment are mandatory, as well as to be accustomed to working with technological support tools support for sales and marketing.
- Strong communication abilities to hold meetings effectively with clients.
Languages:
- English (High Level)
- Castilian Spanish (conversation level)
Main responsibilities:
- Promote the new line of master's degrees taught in English.
- Commercial activity calls in English to people interested in the assigned training programs, whose information was collected in the database thanks to marketing actions, with the aim of completing their registration.
- Recording of all performed commercial activity in the technological tools available to the company for this purpose.
- Management, support and composition of marketing campaigns in English
- Ensuring compliance of sales objectives.
Salary and remuneration:
- Competitive salary based on candidate's experience, competencies and value.
- Commissions for the direct sale of assigned programs, as well as an incentive for the fulfillment of objectives.
