Join us and play a pivotal role in managing our talent as we continue to grow. Your Role:We are seeking an experienced HR Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role involves supporting the Head of People in managing, developing, and implementing HR initiatives across our global locations, as well as ensuring compliance with local labor laws and organizational policies. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR practices across different EU countries and be able to navigate the complexities of international labor laws. Key Responsibilities:Assist in the implementation and control of global HR initiatives, policies, and procedures.Coordinate payroll management with international external providers.Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations in Spain and other operating countries.Prepare employment contracts for new employees and contract amendments.Address employee concerns, grievances, and conflicts in a culturally sensitive manner.Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.Utilize data-driven approaches to improve processes and outcomes.Collaborate with local teams to understand and address region-specific needs.Prepare reports and documentation for HR analytics, audits, inspections, and compliance purposes.Assist in the recruitment and onboarding processes.Manage the offboarding process.Provide support to other HR processes as needed. Requirements:Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR roles within international environments.Proficiency in English and Spanish at a C1 level.Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, Law, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong understanding of HR practices and labor laws.Proficiency in Power BI or other reporting software.
