We host 10-20 high-touch retreats per year (pregnancy and postpartum) with an NPS of 100 and a growing community of moms who trust us to deliver transformational experiences. We’re now seeking a Sponsorship & Partnerships Manager to build and scale a robust sponsorship program that aligns with our mission and meets ambitious revenue goals.Role OverviewYou’ll be responsible for identifying high-value sponsor prospects, crafting compelling pitches, negotiating multi-figure deals, and ensuring seamless sponsor integration across our retreats and digital channels. This role is critical to expanding mom’z as a top-tier, mission-driven brand.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategy & Planning: Develop annual sponsorship targets, pricing packages, and tier structures (e.g., Platinum/Gold/Silver).Prospecting & Outreach: Research and connect with potential brand partners in relevant categories (baby gear, wellness, finance, etc.).Negotiation & Contracting: Create proposals, structure deals, and finalize contracts to maximize sponsor ROI and revenue.Relationship Management: Coordinate with our marketing and event teams to fulfill sponsor deliverables and provide post-event reports.Performance Tracking: Monitor sponsorship outcomes, analyze ROI, and communicate results to both internal stakeholders and sponsors.Qualifications3+ years of sponsorship/partnership sales experience, ideally in events, wellness, or lifestyle sectors.Proven track record of closing EUR 50k+ sponsorship deals (or equivalent).Excellent English verbal and written communication skills, strong negotiation ability, and a solution-oriented mindset.Self-motivated, comfortable working remotely, and able to collaborate across time zones (European time overlap preferred).Passion for empowering mothers and a genuine appreciation for mom’z mission and values.Compensation & TermsStatus: Part-time, freelance/contractor role, fully remote.Hours: Approximately 20 hours/week, with flexibility to expand based on performance and deal flow.Base Retainer (depending on experience/hours) + Commission (of net sponsorship revenue from deals you close).Why Join Us?Untapped Sponsorship Potential: mom’z is primed for significant growth in sponsorship revenue.Mission-Driven: Influence the lives of mothers worldwide in a meaningful way.Autonomy & Impact: Shape the sponsorship program end-to-end, from pipeline building to contract renewals.Remote & Flexible: Work from anywhere with a schedule that suits you.Application Process & CommunicationImportant: We only accept applications through LinkedIn.
