In this key role, you’ll shape the creative vision for the game portfolio, crafting compelling experiences that engage millions of players worldwide. The ideal candidate is a leader, storyteller, and expert in performance-driven mobile game marketing, with a deep understanding of creative strategy and execution. You'll collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure the marketing assets are high-performing, impactful, and aligned with our business goals.Key Responsibilities:
Define and drive the creative strategy across the game portfolio, challenging marketing norms and setting high execution standards.
Lead and mentor a team of creatives, fostering innovation and delivering top-tier UA and ASO assets.
Develop and oversee creative testing strategies, using data-driven insights to optimize performance and drive engagement.
Work closely with Product teams, UA managers, and stakeholders to align creative efforts with broader marketing and business objectives.
Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
Ensure all creative outputs meet high-quality standards, resonate with audiences, and drive performance.
Proactively bring ideas to life—whether by inspiring your team, collaborating with partners, or jumping in hands-on when needed.What You Bring:
6+ years of experience in a creative leadership role, with a strong background in mobile game marketing and creative production.
Expertise in key mobile marketing metrics (IPM, CTR, CVR, CPI, ROAS) and a data-driven approach to creative optimization.
Proven ability to manage and mentor creative teams, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
Proficiency in data analysis tools, project management software, and UA dashboards to drive insights and execution.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and storytelling skills in English.
A passion for gaming and a deep understanding of industry trends and player engagement.
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
