We are looking for Data Insights experts with strong experience analyzing data and thinking strategically to help solve business problems, address opportunities, and inform strategic decision-making processes.
Overall accountability for delivery and evolution of data/analytical solution(s) and business operational reporting that addresses business problems/opportunities and drives cost efficiencies, process improvements, policy compliance, and address business risks.
Business Stakeholder Engagement and Customer Relationship Management
Responsibilities will be split between:
* Partner and interact with CIO to facilitate the integration of data & analytics technology platforms
* Look for trends and patterns in the data and use them to make recommendations to drive business impact, with a particular focus on the actionability of the insights.
* Manage various siloed tools, dashboards and diverse data sources and deep dive into complex business problems.
* Run quantitative and qualitative analysis, as well as applying strategic thinking to drive business impact.
* Present findings and insights clearly and concisely. This includes the ability to present to senior decision makers and internal cross-functional stakeholders in a way that is easy to understand and actionable, using engaging storytelling and tailored narratives.
* Build strong relationships with stakeholders, working with cross-functional teams to understand their needs and objectives.
* Oversight of your customers’ regular reporting solutions, including ensuring these still meet requirements.
* Taking on new data/analytical solution projects as they arise.
* Contribute to develop Data & Analytics and Reporting credentials through collaboration with stakeholders and CS&S organizations.

Skills and Experience:

* Excellent communication skills - confidence presenting and proven experience working with senior stakeholders is important. The role will require exposure to senior leadership.
* Excellent business and commercial acumen - including a good understanding of business model structures and the ability to act as a bridge between the customer and the development team
* Proven experience leading business reporting, data analytics, or other similar activities – ideally with demonstrable:
o Experience using PowerPoint to build Data Insights packs for stakeholders.
o Storytelling skills – ability to analyze and translate Data into Insight
o Experience using data visualization tools such as Power BI, Qlik, etc and MS Excel
* Program Mgmt – developed ability to drive detailed program management activities across multiple stakeholders and workstreams and to proactively address issues/ risks, while being an effective communicator
* Proven management and coaching skills – the role will require management of activities of several more junior resources in other sub-teams.
* Excellent organization skills and an ability to work in a fast-paced and agile environment - The scope of work is fluid and split across multiple priorities. As such, the successful candidate will thrive working at pace and be comfortable operating in an agile environment.
* Ability to establish credibility as an experienced and skilled team member and with stakeholders.
