A top world leading manufacturer company in metal / packaging sector.
Reporting to the Industrial Sales Director, you will be responsible for:
* Sales of the company's solutions to selected significant food companies in Spain and Portugal, however not limited to this region.
* Responsible for sales and activity budget.
* Responsible for revenue of ~12 mil EUR divided on a smaller portion of various customers in all of Spain within the industrial segment.
Your main tasks will be:
* Overall lead and guide the sales team in solution selling principles in the Cluster South Sales team within packaging solutions in the technical and chemical industry. Team management in charge of 1-2 direct reports.
* KAM and New Sales: Proactively seek out, prioritize and process relationships with existing and new major accounts both via email, phone, trade fair participation, online and face-to-face customer meetings.
* At selected major customers, be the primary point of contact, including business discussions, approval of orders, and contract negotiations.
* Build the strategic business plan for the segment in Cluster South identifying market shares, product development, and needed investments to carry out the long-term strategic plan.
* Examine the contractual basis and carry out negotiations in close interaction with sales management and other relevant key persons internally and externally.
