Senior Publisher Account Manager
RightHand, a company specializing in attracting and retaining digital talent, is collaborating in the search for a Senior Publisher Account Manager in Madrid, Barcelona, Paris or Perpignan for a leading technology company in online advertising revenue optimization.
We are looking for a profile with experience in account management within the AdTech sector, with strong analytical and strategic skills to optimize programmatic monetization performance for publishers.
Responsibilities:
Account Management:
* Onboarding and monitoring new clients, ensuring a smooth integration into the platform.
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with publishers and strategic partners.
* Understanding client needs and offering customized solutions to improve their advertising performance.
Business Development:
* Identifying growth opportunities within the existing client portfolio.
* Collaborating with sales, data, and technical teams to achieve expansion objectives.
* Occasional travel to meet key publishers across Europe.
Performance Monitoring:
* Analyzing monetization performance using key KPIs.
* Preparing periodic reports with strategic optimization recommendations.
* Leading weekly/monthly client meetings to review results and define growth strategies.
* Presenting Quarterly and Annual Business Reviews to publishers.
Internal Collaboration:
* Working closely with the technical team to relay client feedback and contribute to product development.
* Coordinating with the support team to resolve issues efficiently.
Requirements:
* Education in marketing, communication, business, or a related field.
* At least 2 years of experience in a similar role within the AdTech sector, with proven account management experience in media or publishing.
* Knowledge of DSP/SSP platforms and key programmatic advertising metrics.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
* Ability to analyze data and extract strategic insights.
* Customer-oriented mindset, with a focus on optimizing advertising performance.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
* Languages: Fluent in French and English (other languages are a plus).
Location & Work Modality:
Location: Barcelona (central office) and Le Boulou (Perpignan), with the possibility to work from Madrid or Paris (no physical office in these cities).
Hybrid work model: 2 days of remote work per week.
Full-time permanent contract.
