Senior Project Manager - SAP S/4HANA
We are searching for a leading multinational company in the health sector an experienced Senior Project Manager, with a strong background in SAP S/4HANA implementations to support the project team in delivering high-quality solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of SAP methodologies and have a proven track record of managing complex projects from initiation to delivery
YOUR TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Lead the planning and implementation of programs and projects across multiple business lines to achieve strategic targets, including budgeting, resource management, and adherence to SAP best practices and methodologies.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables that align with business goals, while establishing and maintaining relationships with business leaders to enhance credibility and resolve issues.
* Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies to ensure successful execution, while managing project budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring timely delivery within budget constraints.
* Facilitate communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, operations, and external vendors, to ensure alignment and address potential project risks proactively.
* Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to address potential issues, ensuring proactive management throughout the project lifecycle.
* Monitor project success through metrics and reporting, providing regular updates to senior management and stakeholders, and contributing to the development of practices and tools to enhance organizational capabilities.
* Mentor and guide junior project managers and team members to foster professional growth and development within the team.
WHO ARE YOU
* Bachelor's/ master's in business admin, IT, Project Management, Engineering, or equivalent.
* 5+ years of project management experience, with at least 2 years focused on SAP S/4HANA.
* Proven experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.) and tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA).
* Strong understanding of SAP modules and business processes (e.g., Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing).
* Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Outcome-oriented mindset focused on driving successful project results.
* Customer-centric approach to engage and enhance client satisfaction by co-creating solutions.
* Proven ability to work under pressure and willingness to travel.
* Fluent in English.
