Responsibilities:
1. Develops, implements, and executes strategic business and marketing plans for the branch to ensure continuity of business operations and attainment of set targets.
2. Establishes productive and professional relationships with bank clients and the community it serves.
3. Ensures that all policies and procedures of the bank are properly implemented and adhered to, putting importance on internal control measures and systems.
4. Conducts periodic review of overall operation of the branch to monitor the result of daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, semi-annual and annual performance.

Minimum Requirements:
1. With extensive experience in sales and marketing, preferably gained from banking, lending institutions, finance and similar industries
2. With 4-year Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or similar business courses
3. With supervisory / managerial experience
