Role Purpose:
* To handle a portfolio of accounts Inwards.
* Managing the end-to-end process in accordance with the Global Services Department Guidelines and supervise the Inwards team.
* To work with Shared Service Centre to ensure that all administrative activities in connection with the local policy are carried out in time and to a high level of quality for the overall Inwards portfolio.
* Prepare timely processing instructions to PSU, Credit Control, so that premiums, certificates and policies can be issued promptly, ensuring accurate policy records are maintained on Chubb systems.
* The role also involves working closely with all relevant departments to ensure resolution of accounting and processing problems.
* To ensure that Chubb’s Service Standards are met and, if possible, exceeded in the implementation of Local Policies for the overall Inwards portfolio.
* To build relationships with brokers and clients and become the focal and contact point for all service matters relating to their accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
* To ensure that all local policies are issued to agreed service standards and corporate guidelines.
* Working with Credit Control and other teams to solve queries on processing as relevant.
* To ensure inwards policies are based on local templates in accordance with instructions and the local market practice and organise technical training for the Inwards team as needed to enable the team to correctly issue the local policies as required.
* Answer questions from the network in relation to local market practice, available products and other regulatory/tax issues and train the team to ensure consistent and correct responses are given to the network and brokers.
* Issue/draft certificates, policies, invoices and other relevant documents as per Global Services Guidelines. Book/prepare booking instructions as per Global Services Guidelines.
* Answer questions from brokers and obtain validation for local policies as needed.
* To work within the framework of Chubb ethical and service standards.
* Assist where required with ongoing projects that are identified throughout a given year for better improvement to the Global Services Department.
* Incidental work that may be required to be completed that may be outside the scope of day-to-day work requirements.

Requirements:
* Business level of English.
* Native or bilingual level of German (French would be a plus).
* Experience of servicing inwards multinational insurance programmes is desirable.
* Experience in leading teams directly or indirectly (projects, mentoring students, etc.).
* Working experience of at least 2 lines of business is desirable.
* Insurance Certification is desirable.
