This is a global role, working across our international offices and ecosystems to drive innovation and impact. In this role, you will be pivotal in enhancing our sales efforts by developing high-quality, engaging, and impactful presentations, proposals, and sales collateral.
You will collaborate closely with our sales and product teams to understand our advisory services and translate them into compelling narratives that resonate with our clients. This position is ideal for someone with a knack for storytelling, strong design skills, and a deep understanding of professional services.
Key Tasks & Responsibilities
1. Proposal Development: Create and manage customized proposals and RFP responses that effectively communicate Tenity's value proposition and advisory services to potential clients.
2. Presentation Design: Develop high-impact presentations and decks for client meetings, pitches, and internal use, ensuring consistency with Tenity's branding and messaging.
3. Automation: Consistently seek opportunities to enhance efficiency and implement workflow automation for repetitive tasks in pre- and post-sales processes.
4. Visual Standards: Raise the bar for all sales and marketing collateral by designing materials that are not only professional but also visually compelling and memorable.
5. Pre-Sales Consulting: Collaborate with clients and internal teams to identify needs and propose tailored solutions, enhancing the efficiency of our sales processes and ensuring client readiness.
6. Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs and tailor materials accordingly, assisting in crafting messages that address specific client challenges.
7. Product Understanding: Gain a deep understanding of Tenity's advisory services and innovation programs to accurately represent them in all sales materials.
8. Content Management: Maintain a repository of up-to-date sales collateral, case studies, templates, and other resources that can be easily accessed and customized by the sales team.
9. Training & Coaching: Assist in preparing sales team members for presentations and pitches, providing guidance on delivery and effective communication strategies.
10. Market & Competitor Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and client needs to ensure our proposals and presentations are relevant and competitive.
11. Brand Consistency: Ensure all materials align with Tenity's brand guidelines and maintain a high standard of quality and professionalism.
