As Quality Executive at Çimsa Cementos – FomRox you will be responsible for:
This project involves the development and manufacturing of an innovative product in the market. Initially, the focus will be on setting up a new pilot plant laboratory, with plans for future plant expansion,
* Set up necessary equipment and instruments for the new pilot plant laboratory, such as thermal conductivity, pressure, and dimensional measurement instruments,
* Develop and document comprehensive procedures for managing instruments and controlling processes,
* Ensure successful external product certification audits are passed,
* Continuously monitor process evolution using lab results and statistics to identify areas for improvement,
* Collaborate with the Commercial Director to track and address customer claims and needs, ensuring customer satisfaction and product quality.
This is the opportunity for you if you have these skills and requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering,
* Previous experience in sectors such as cement, ceramics, or similar industries is a plus,
* Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written (minimum B2 level),
* Proficiency in MS Office applications,
* Strong attention to accuracy and detail,
* Strong problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking,
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams,
* A passion for continuous process improvement.
