Main Responsibilities
1. Deep understanding of working with acquisition, loyalty, and affinity CRM strategies including customer journey analysis and customer segmentation.
2. Collaborate in the creation and execution of CRM marketing strategies.
3. Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to deliver integrated CRM communications against agreed strategies and brief.
4. Build customer roadmap, test and optimise to increase multi-channel communication effectiveness.
5. Ability to coordinate numerous markets (over 30), leading market plan reviews, validating market submissions and providing feedback in a timely manner.
6. Planning, coordination and progress monitoring of projects to ensure compliance with the objectives and timings at regional level.
7. Support CRM campaigns performance tracking and analysis, insights generation to drive marketing actions, optimization of different processes along the entire sales funnel.
8. Demonstrate forward thinking and the ability to balance workload.
9. Liaise with 3rd party agencies and local market suppliers.
10. Manage client expectations with regards to deadlines, deliverables, and budget.
11. Provide progress status and adhere to estimated timings.
12. Produce project reports with campaign learnings.
13. Report to the Senior Management team.
Requisitos
1. Bachelor's degree or above with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in a similar position.
2. Exceptional analytical skills, results-oriented, methodical, with a strong sense of initiative, and the ability to thrive under pressure.
3. Outstanding organizational and project management skills.
4. A multi-tasker, with demonstrated ability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously while maintaining high productivity and meeting tight deadlines.
5. Ability to quickly react to ad-hoc requests from different users and markets, working as a very lightweight support function.
6. Analytical Thinking, able to easily understand and present performance results.
7. Experience with Customer Journey Strategy.
8. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
9. Fluent written and spoken business English is essential.
10. Client facing required.
11. Automotive and/or luxury industry experience is a plus.
12. SFMC knowledge is valued.
