Where is the Position?
The position is located in Puente la Reina, close to Bilbao in Spain in Southern Europe, in a multicultural team within a dynamic & challenging environment.
Which missions will you lead?
As a Quality Digital Transformation Engineer, you will have a key role in our CS&Q (Customer Satisfaction & Quality) Transformation plan, impacting the digital, standard & visual transformation needs of the entire manufacturing plant.
As such, you will have 3 main responsibilities:
* Analyse and set goals in terms of digital standardization & visual management, perform a diagnosis of the milestones to follow, construct a plan and manage the project from the kick-off to the closure of actions.
* Manage the chronogram & actions with multidisciplinary teams and different stakeholders, including all functions at the plant, technology suppliers, central functions (Cluster) at Schneider Electric.
* Align the planning and actions, management timing to the SPS (Schneider Performance System) targets & milestones.
Your main missions will be:
* Lead the design, follow up & control of the project chronogram and milestones from the kick-off until the closure.
* Lead the management of the actions defined, follow the implementation and success of the actions, and coordinate the different internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment with other digital/visual needs in the plant.
* Ensure follow-up with different suppliers involved in the technology or solutions implemented, from the offer/feasibility stage to the final validation.
* Actively collaborate with CS&Q Team on aligning Standard/Digital & visual transformation, ensuring cooperation in SPS activities.
* Prepare relevant materials and documents for project deployment, reporting & control within a defined frequency and follow-up criteria.
* Coordinate activities with all leaders (IT, Production, CS&Q, Methods, Maintenance).
What are the qualifications we are looking for?
Education: Master's degree in Engineering or technical.
Work experience: Preferably 2+ years in Quality or Industrial Environment (internship/apprenticeship included).
Skills:
* Knowledge on working standard (including quality instruction).
* Microsoft Office: Highly proficient in PowerPoint and presentation ability & Highly proficient in Excel.
* Tableau/Power BI.
* Core Tools (APQP/8D/PPAP) valuable.
Requested languages: English full professional capacity, Spanish is a plus.
