Sales Assistant
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Sales Assistant for Tom Ford’s new opening in Puerto Banus.
The ideal candidate will have experience in the Luxury Retail sector and significant experience in high fashion boutiques.
Key Accountabilities:
* Achieve sale targets through effective use of sales techniques and by knowing customers and products.
* Identify customer expectations and advise them on products.
* Master the client journey.
* Clienteling.
* After-sales assistance and customer follow-up.
* Focus on development and retention of clients, as well as recruitment of new and potential ones.
* Handle all sales and after-sales activities (boutique returns, end of season, customer returns, repairs, complaints).
* Ensure good maintenance and replenishment of products on the sales floor.
* Know the warehouse stock of all categories to ensure re-stocking of shelves and maximize sales.
* Respect administration and operations procedures.
Key Requirements:
* At least 2 years of experience in the luxury retail field.
* Knowledge of luxury products and basic selling techniques.
* Fluency in English is essential; other languages are a plus.
* Must have a client network in a luxury environment.
* Be a team player with a pro-active attitude.
