Job Summary
Assist in the creation, management, and deactivation of user accounts across various platforms, including SAP ERP, SAP Fiori, SAP GRC, Active Directory, Saba, and internally developed web applications.
This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in user management processes within a dynamic IT environment. The intern will collaborate closely with the IT team to ensure compliance with access control policies, improve user management workflows, and maintain system security.
Key Accountabilities
• User Account Management: Assist in the registration, deregistration, and maintenance of user accounts in various systems such as SAP ERP, SAP Fiori, SAP GRC, Active Directory, Saba, and internally developed applications. This includes password resets, unlocking accounts, and modifying user roles and permissions.
• Support to Internal Customers: Provide assistance to internal staff in accessing IT systems and resolving user profile issues, particularly within the SAP environment. Offer basic guidance on accessing and using internal IT applications as needed.
• Collaboration with IT Teams: Collaborate with other IT teams to provide support and assist in resolving technical issues or implementing new user-related processes.
• Security Compliance: Help ensure that all user management activities comply with the organization's IT security policies and standards, assisting in maintaining the security of the systems and applications.

Minimum Knowledge & Experience required for the position:
•Basic User Service Knowledge: Understanding of user service principles and practices.
•Basic Troubleshooting Skills: Experience or knowledge in diagnosing and resolving user issues.
•Fluency in English: Proficient in both oral and written English communication.
•Basic knowledge about with Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) model will be.
