Main Responsibilities:
* Deploy digital solutions and Industry 4.0 technologies to improve operational efficiency.
* Collaborate with internal and corporate teams to develop and implement digital strategies.
* Manage IT & OT infrastructure for reliability, security, and scalability.
* Apply data analytics and digital tools to improve production processes.
* Train and support staff in adopting new digital technologies.
* Monitor the impact of digital initiatives and propose improvements based on data.
* Stay up-to-date with technological trends and assess their potential application in the plant.
Requirements:
* Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Telecommunications, or related fields (Master's degree preferred).
* Experience in digital transformation within an industrial environment.
* Strong knowledge of IoT, automation, data analytics, and artificial intelligence.
* Experience in IT-OT integration and cybersecurity.
* Project management and leadership skills in industrial environments.
* Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple initiatives.
