Your Opportunity with us: We are looking for an experienced & talented professional to join Deoleo as Global Trade Marketing & Revenue Growth Manager in Madrid.
Role Mission: Supporting TMK & RGM units by defining global strategies, guidelines, and frameworks of reference, to ensure the correct planning, execution, and tracking, given by established ways of working, tools, and local support, driving BUs to accomplish objectives.
Responsibilities:
* Define strategic guidelines and frameworks (i.e. customer segmentation, category management, perfect store, PPA playbook, pricing, etc.) to ensure alignment and correct local deployment of the defined TMK & RGM strategic levers.
* Transfer the defined TMK & RGM vision and shared objectives to the different teams ensuring the correct alignment, as well as local support if needed.
* Define the required reporting and shared KPIs to be completed among BUs.
* Support in the development of Strategic Business Plans ensuring that the correct vision of TMK & RGM is reflected within the organization.
* Provide a global POS toolkit acting as the handbook for all markets, including main action levers, both for internal usage and external agencies.
* Define budget allocation guidelines to act as the frame of reference.
* Build shared assets for KAMs (i.e. category training material, commercial onboarding, process handbook, negotiation techniques, etc.).
* Collaborate with Global Sales, Marketing, and Finance and align TMK & RGM initiatives with overall business strategies and ensure effective execution.
* Collaborate on the development of TMK & RGM Community, involving the consolidation of resources among BUs, facilitating best practice sharing and standardization of content (i.e. customer segmentation methodologies, recommended planograms).
* Share regular updates on the latest industry trends to support all stakeholders to stay at the forefront of innovation.
Skills: Demonstrated leadership in driving core trade marketing & RGM projects and functions forward. Proficiency in TMK strategies to translate marketing vision into actionable plans. In-depth industry knowledge and market trends to anticipate market volatility, competitive threats, and growth opportunities to nurture strategic plans.
