We are seeking a talented, energetic and motivated Sales Development Representative who would act as a Brand Ambassador of our personalized approach and Babel DNA while helping us to expand as a business. You will be reporting to our Founding Director and you will have the opportunity to truly make an impact in the company’s growth.

Main responsibilities
* Cold-call HR professionals, Hiring Managers, and Talent Acquisition Partners to engage them with Babel’s value proposition and secure meetings.
* Ask insightful questions during calls and meetings to understand client needs and spark their interest in Babel Profiles.
* Proactively reach out to businesses using creative methods such as LinkedIn, email campaigns, and attending events.
* Coordinate meetings and calls with Sales Executives at Babel Profiles and join these alongside.
* Build strong relationships with HR professionals, understanding their unique needs and providing tailored solutions.
* Leverage cutting-edge AI tools like Metaview, Apollo, LinkedIn and our internal CRM to streamline outreach and engagement.
* Collaborate across teams, working closely with Sales, Marketing, and Recruitment to align efforts and achieve shared goals.
* Represent Babel Profiles at job fairs and networking events, showcasing your skills while expanding your professional network.
Core skills / experience
* University degree or the equivalent.
* From 6 months to 1 year of B2B sales experience (exposure in HR services and/or recruitment will be valued).
* Creative engaging multichannel approach (LinkedIn, WhatsApp, video, etc.).
* A sales-minded attitude, with a hands-on style of work.
* Out-of-the-box way of thinking.
* Excellent communication and intercultural skills to cater to international clients and colleagues and establish effective relationships.
* Excellent organizational and negotiation skills to deliver an exceptional work ethic while meeting monthly targets.
