One of our key clients is actively looking for an International HRBP with a focus on transformational projects from a global scope and background on FMCG.
Responsibilities
* Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with global leadership to design and implement HR strategies that align with international business objectives.
* Talent Management: Lead initiatives in talent acquisition, development, and retention across diverse markets, fostering a high-performing global workforce.
* Employee Relations: Serve as a trusted advisor on employee matters, facilitating conflict resolution and nurturing a positive and inclusive work environment for all team members.
* Performance Management: Develop and execute performance appraisal frameworks, supporting managers in delivering constructive feedback and promoting employee growth.
* Change Management: Spearhead organizational change initiatives, equipping employees to navigate transitions smoothly and effectively.
* Training and Development: Assess global training needs and coordinate comprehensive learning and development programs to enhance skills across various regions.
* Compliance: Ensure adherence to international labor laws and company policies, conducting audits and implementing necessary improvements.
* Data Analysis: Leverage HR metrics and analytics to drive informed decision-making and enhance HR practices globally.
* Workforce Planning: Analyze global workforce trends to anticipate future talent requirements and align resources accordingly.
* Culture Development: Champion initiatives that foster a strong organizational culture, ensuring alignment with core company values across all locations.
Requirements (M/F/D)
* Minimum of 5 years of HR leadership experience in a multinational context, adept at supporting diverse teams including office staff, field personnel, and operational workers.
* Proven ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization, influencing decisions and resolving conflicts with diplomacy.
* A strategic and collaborative thinker, proactive and hands-on, with the agility to thrive in a dynamic, matrixed environment focused on transformative change and continuous improvement.
* Demonstrated success in identifying and implementing HR initiatives that drive significant business outcomes on a global scale.
