The Role
We seek an EMEA Manager Compensation to join our Global Compensation team and enhance our reward strategy.
This role reports to the Global Director Compensation and will oversee competitive and cost-effective compensation programs across the EMEA region, engaging with stakeholders, partnering with business leaders, and deploying global initiatives to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
* Build strong relationships with regional stakeholders, including the EMEA HR team and business leaders.
* Offer guidance on compensation matters to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
* Provide expert compensation advice to support business objectives.
* Collaborate with HR partners to develop and implement effective solutions, ensuring adherence to guidelines for internal moves and recruitment.
The ideal candidate will have:
* Bachelor's or master's degree in HR, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
* Certified Professional (CP) certification is a plus.
* Over 5 years of experience in compensation management or a related HR role, preferably within a multinational manufacturing company focusing on the EMEA region.
* Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
* Proficiency in data analysis and reporting using key compensation tools (HRIS / SAP SuccessFactors, Excel expertise).
* Knowledge of job grading systems and market compensation surveys.
* Excellent communication and organizational skills to manage multiple projects efficiently and meet strict deadlines.
* Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of German, French, and/or Spanish is a plus. The role requires up to 15% travel.
