Mission and Objective
Lead your commercial, technical, and strategic team (BCs and Specialists), ensuring the correct implementation of the commercial policy assigned to each type of asset in your portfolio to achieve the sales objectives assigned to your territory.
Main Responsibilities
Area Management:
* Continuous monitoring of the achievement of objectives set for your territory.
* Ensure the correct implementation of the “Enigma” policy based on the type of asset in each collective's portfolio.
* Establish appropriate corrective actions based on the type of asset when deviations from objectives are detected.
* Ensure the plan for opening and supervising agencies and franchises.
* Implement policies set for different segments: Professional, Business Consultant, and Specialists.
* Have a global view of the real estate business at the national level: know main competitors, market prices, etc.
* Be a reference in compliance with regulations and ethics within the department, ensuring the correct compliance of the team.
* Defend pricing proposals, commercial plans, business proposals, strategies regarding assets, etc.
Team Management:
* Build a high-performing sales team focused on achieving results.
* Monitor the performance of your direct team, proposing individualized action plans when results deviate.
* Ensure performance evaluations reflect each member's contributions to the unit (supported by their results).
* Ensure the correct development and motivation of your collaborators (promotion, training, compensation, etc.).
* Propose specific training necessary for the sales teams.
Requirements
* University degree in business administration, finance, architecture, or related fields.
* Proven experience of at least 8 years in the real estate sector, with a focus on asset management and development.
* Extensive knowledge of the local and international real estate market.
* Demonstrated skills in identifying and evaluating investment opportunities.
* Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close successful deals.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to lead and motivate multidisciplinary teams.
* Proficiency in real estate management tools and software.
* Empathetic person with excellent oral communication skills at all organizational levels, negotiation skills, good conflict management, and diplomacy. Proactive, autonomous, leading by example, and highly organized (methodical, detail-oriented, results/process-oriented).
* Highly experienced in working within and collaborating in a globalized organization.
* English level C1 or higher.
