Account Manager (German-Speaking)
You will be partnering with a leading global company to recruit a German-speaking Account Manager for their office in Valencia, Spain. This role is ideal for a results-driven sales professional who thrives in a dynamic, outbound sales environment, building strong relationships with SMB customers and driving revenue growth.
Your Role:
* Sales Target Achievement: Drive performance and exceed quota and revenue targets.
* Outbound SMB Sales: Proactively engage with small and medium-sized businesses to generate new opportunities.
* Account Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term success.
* Pipeline Management: Monitor and report on sales activities and progress.
* Customer Communication: Act as the voice of the customer; gather feedback and coordinate solutions internally.
* Proposal Development: Create service proposals aligned with client needs.
* CRM Tracking: Keep accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions.
Your Qualifications:
* Fluent in German (C1/C2) and advanced English.
* Previous experience in outbound sales, ideally in B2B/SMB environments.
* Strong motivation to hit targets and exceed KPIs.
* Skilled in pipeline management and sales forecasting.
* Confident communicator with excellent negotiation skills and a consultative mindset.
* Proficient in CRM tools and structured sales processes.
