We are looking for an IT Support Specialist L2 to join our team and be part of an exciting international environment. You’ll play a key role in providing technical support and helping improve the service experience for internal teams and external stakeholders
This position is FULLY REMOTE, but you'll be part of a close-knit and collaborative team working from Madrid and other locations!
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
CRM Support & Enhancement
* Provide Level 2 technical support for Salesforce CRM (Leads, Opportunities, Workflows).
* Troubleshoot and resolve issues, ensuring business continuity.
SQL & Data Management
* Write advanced SQL queries (SELECT, UPDATE, ALTER...).
* Manage data extraction, transformation, and automation (scripts for scheduled jobs).
* Use tools like Oracle SQL Developer or similar.
Technical Collaboration
* Work closely with Level 1 support and internal teams to transfer knowledge and improve processes.
* Document issues, solutions, and processes to enrich our knowledge base.
Continuous Improvement
* Identify patterns, risks, and improvement opportunities in existing systems.
* Collaborate in the optimization of support services and technical documentation.
Technical Skills
* +2 years of experience in technical support or consultancy.
* Strong understanding of Salesforce as SysAdmin (not just end-user).
* Solid experience with SQL: ability to write, modify and automate queries.
* Familiarity with ServiceNow, Jira, Confluence, and collaboration tools.
* Knowledge of Cloud services, APIs, and microservices is a big plus.
Soft Skills
* Excellent communication skills in English (B2–C1).
* Analytical mindset and solution-oriented.
* Eagerness to learn and work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
