As an Account Executive - ERP Solutions based in Madrid, Spain, you’ll drive new client acquisition and foster business growth by showcasing the value of Sage’s ERP products. This hybrid role (3 days in office, 2 days remote) is perfect for a sales expert who excels in hunting new opportunities and building client relationships.
First 90 Days:
1. 30 Days: Understand Sage’s ERP products, sales strategy, and market positioning. Get familiar with your sales pipeline and meet internal stakeholders.
2. 60 Days: Begin actively prospecting, qualifying leads, and engaging potential clients with tailored solutions.
3. 90 Days: Deliver your first successful sales presentations, close initial deals, and refine your approach based on market feedback.
Meet the Team: You’ll work closely with a collaborative team of account executives, presales consultants, and internal support teams. Reporting to the Sales Manager, who fosters a results-oriented yet supportive management style, you’ll collaborate with marketing and customer success teams to ensure client satisfaction.
How Success Will Be Measured:
1. New client acquisition metrics and revenue targets.

Qualifications:
1. Proven experience in ERP or software sales, with a focus on new client acquisition.
2. Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills.
3. Fluency in Spanish and English.
4. Willingness to travel within your sales territory.
5. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
This hybrid position is based in Madrid, with three days in the office and two days remote.
