Job Description:
As a AUKI-BOX Functional and Technical Leader, you will be responsible for squads in SCIB area developing new products in new architecture of back office processes.
Responsibilities:
1. IT Technical lead of the project.
2. Responsible for designing major technical solutions in a high-level complexity for Back office processes.
3. Responsible for Accounting / Financial and Settlements squads.
4. Product owners manager using a servant leadership style and leading by example supporting in a coordination role on the technical side.
5. Leader of cooperation with external technical teams designing and validating integrated solutions.
Requirements:
1. Experience in implementation/migration of Back Office (Branch) downstream Systems on SCIB area on GBO/BOX applications.
2. Functional and business knowledge of Accounting Financial engine and Settlement processes (Swift account camara ...).
3. Experience consolidated in maintenance and support of BackOffice functionalities E2E.
4. Business knowledge sufficient to understand all end user issues and needs.
5. Technical knowledge to effectively collaborate with other technology teams.
6. Knowledge of Financial markets products focused on derivatives (options swap ccs cap ...).
7. Knowledge of Jira/Confluence tools and Agile Methodologies.
8. Availability for often business trips.
Education:
1. Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Finances, Economics, Computer Science, or Engineering.
2. Spanish and fluent English.
Interpersonal Skills:
1. Ability to work in a constantly changing environment under time and task pressure.
2. Capability to take on a management role.
3. Good communication skills - to work with developers on the one hand and business on the other, ability to explain your opinion and stand your ground when needed.
4. Flexibility and adaptability, not being afraid of challenges.
5. Ability to maintain a positive attitude.
6. Interest in learning new technologies and in contributing to the Digital transformation.
