What We’re Looking For
* Previous experience of 1-2 years’ in a Luxury Hospitality Environment as a waitress/waiter is a plus.
* Impeccable Appearance, consistently upholding The Pacha Group’s Grooming Standards and maintaining a Polished, Professional Presence.
* Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including Weekends and Holidays, based on the requirements of the restaurant.
* Welcoming and Enthusiastic Energy that sets the Stage for an Unforgettable, Immersive Dining Experience.
* Proactive Attitude and Sharp Eye for Detail, ensuring every Element of the Service is Curated to Perfection.
* Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills in English and Spanish (additional languages are a plus), with the Confidence to Engage Authentically with Guests, Pacha Family Members and Stakeholders.
* Creative Problem-Solving Abilities with a Strong Sense of Ownership over all Assigned Duties.
* Proven ability to Drive Guest Satisfaction and Support Revenue Growth, always putting the Guest Experience First.
* Must hold the Legal Right to work in Europe, including any required visas or work permits, in Full Compliance with local regulations.
