We are seeking a talented, energetic and motivated Sales Development Representative who would act as a Brand Ambassador of our personalized approach and Babel DNA while helping us to expand as a business. You will be reporting to our Founding Director and you will have the opportunity to truly make an impact in the company’s growth.

Main responsibilities
1. Cold-call HR professionals, Hiring Managers, and Talent Acquisition Partners to engage them with Babel’s value proposition and secure meetings.
2. Ask insightful questions during calls and meetings to understand client needs and spark their interest in Babel Profiles.
3. Proactively reach out to businesses using creative methods such as LinkedIn, email campaigns, and attending events.
4. Coordinate meetings and calls with Sales Executives at Babel Profiles and join these alongside.
5. Build strong relationships with HR professionals, understanding their unique needs and providing tailored solutions.
6. Leverage cutting-edge AI tools like Metaview, Apollo, LinkedIn and our internal CRM to streamline outreach and engagement.
7. Collaborate across teams, working closely with Sales, Marketing, and Recruitment to align efforts and achieve shared goals.
8. Represent Babel Profiles at job fairs and networking events, showcasing your skills while expanding your professional network.
Core skills / experience
1. University degree or the equivalent.
2. From 6 months to 1 year of B2B sales experience (exposure in HR services and/or recruitment will be valued).
3. Creative engaging multichannel approach (LinkedIn, WhatsApp, video, etc.).
4. A sales-minded attitude, with a hands-on style of work.
5. Out-of-the-box way of thinking.
6. Excellent communication and intercultural skills to cater to international clients and colleagues and establish effective relationships.
7. Excellent organizational and negotiation skills to deliver an exceptional work ethic while meeting monthly targets.
