Key Responsibilities
* Engage with potential and existing clients to understand their business requirements and propose suitable technology solutions.
* Demonstrate deep knowledge of the companys products and services to effectively communicate value propositions.
* Work closely with sales technical and customer success teams to ensure seamless solution implementation.
* Conduct presentations product demonstrations and training sessions for clients.
* Stay up to date with industry trends competitor offerings and emerging technologies.
* Provide postsales support and follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and successful product adoption.
Requirements
* Fluency in Spanish (C1/C2 and English (B2 or higher) is required.
* Previous experience in a Solution Specialist Presales or Technical Sales role within the tech industry is preferred.
* Strong understanding of IT solutions cloud computing software or related technologies.
* Excellent communication presentation and negotiation skills.
* Ability to translate complex technical information into clear business value for clients.
* Problemsolving mindset with a proactive approach to client needs.
