Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Talent Solutions Account Executive. This role offers a hybrid work option, allowing you to work from home and commute to a LinkedIn office, depending on what's best for you and your team.
Your primary responsibility will be to respond to inbound inquiries and blanket your region with outbound activity to identify target companies and teams that can benefit from our corporate solutions for recruitment. You will also be responsible for developing and executing a strategic plan for the territory, documenting and distributing competitive information, and creating reliable forecasts.
As a Talent Solutions Account Executive, you will have the opportunity to develop strong personal relationships with prospects, close new business consistently at or above quota level, and invest in colleagues by providing coaching and advice when possible. You will also work to develop and circulate best practices within the team and be proactive about solving problems even if they're outside of your area.
Responsibilities
* Promote sales acquisition and strive to meet and exceed quota while acting in the best interest of the client.
* Prospect relentlessly to build pipeline and establish strong personal relationships with prospects.
* Closely monitor market needs and share insights with product and marketing teams.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must have:
* A minimum of 5+ years of applicable sales experience.
* Fluency in Spanish and English, with Portuguese being a plus.
* Experience with customer acquisition and new business development, preferably in IT or recruiting solutions.
* A proven track record of building and expanding customer relationships with senior leaders to create positive business impact.
We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition, you will receive comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
