Marketing Projects Manager
You will be responsible for leading and executing strategic marketing initiatives across all divisions, with a primary focus on sustainability marketing.
This role requires a strong project management mindset, the ability to coordinate multiple global initiatives and a deep understanding of integrated marketing strategies.
You will develop and manage projects that align with the company's sustainability goals, brand strategy, and business priorities.
Main Responsibilities:
* Lead and oversee global marketing projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives, sustainability commitments, and branding guidelines.
* Develop and implement sustainability-focused marketing initiatives, including content, digital campaigns, and thought leadership programs.
* Collaborate with divisional marketing teams to ensure marketing strategies are effectively integrated across all business units.
* Work closely with sustainability teams and corporate communications to align marketing efforts with the company's ESG messaging and sustainability commitments.
* Manage marketing timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure the successful execution of campaigns.
* Oversee the development of high-impact marketing content, including sustainability reports, digital campaigns, event materials, and social media strategies.
* Support brand positioning efforts, ensuring that all sustainability-related messaging aligns with corporate identity.
Key Objectives:
* Define and oversee the execution of the global marketing plan, setting priorities and providing clear guidance for execution teams.
* Evaluate and refine digital marketing practices to enhance effectiveness, ensuring seamless alignment with strategic goals.
* Act as a thought leader, translating industry challenges into innovative solutions for stakeholders.
Sustainability Marketing Initiatives:
* Develop and execute global sustainability marketing campaigns, ensuring consistency in messaging across all divisions.
* Lead marketing efforts for corporate sustainability initiatives, working closely with internal teams and external partners.
* Translate industry trends and regulatory developments into strategic marketing opportunities.
* Identify opportunities to enhance brand reputation through sustainability storytelling and market positioning.
Project Coordination & Team Collaboration:
* Act as the central point of contact for global marketing projects, coordinating efforts across various business units.
* Work closely with content, creative, and digital teams to develop impactful campaigns that align with corporate sustainability goals.
* Facilitate regular project meetings, ensuring key milestones and deliverables are met on time.
* Collaborate with regional marketing teams to adapt global campaigns for local markets.
Content & Digital Strategy:
* Oversee the creation and distribution of sustainability-focused marketing content, including press releases, articles, white papers, videos, and digital assets.
* Work with the content team to ensure that all materials are optimized for SEO and aligned with corporate sustainability messaging.
* Manage content calendars and ensure timely delivery of assets.
* Partner with digital teams to implement sustainability marketing strategies across online channels (website, social media, email, paid advertising).
Brand & Market Research:
* Ensure that all marketing materials reflect the brand's commitment to sustainability, ESG, and responsible business practices.
* Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform marketing strategies and uncover new growth opportunities.
* Utilize data analytics to track marketing performance and impact of sustainability initiatives.
Performance Tracking & Budget Management:
* Define KPIs for sustainability-focused marketing initiatives, tracking their impact on brand engagement and corporate reputation.
* Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and report on the ROI of sustainability marketing efforts.
* Manage vendor relationships and ensure budget optimization for maximum marketing impact.
Measures of Success:
* Campaign Effectiveness & Engagement: Measured by digital engagement rates, media coverage, and content performance.
* Brand Awareness & ESG Positioning: Growth in brand perception and stakeholder engagement on sustainability initiatives.
* Marketing ROI: Effectiveness of campaigns, measured through conversion rates, digital traffic, and overall brand impact on sustainability goals.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
* Experience or strong understanding of sustainability marketing, ESG communications, or corporate responsibility.
* 5+ years of experience managing global marketing projects, with a focus on campaign execution, content development, and digital marketing.
* Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing.
* Experience with marketing tools and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, CRM systems, marketing automation tools).
* Proven ability to work across multiple divisions and coordinate large-scale projects.
* Strong organizational and time-management skills, with a results-driven approach.
