To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Psychology, or a related field.
* Minimum 5 years of experience in Talent Management, preferably in international environments or multinational companies.
* English B2/C1 (Advanced Level).
* Master's Degree in Human Resources Management will be positively valued.
* Proficiency in MS office and digital platforms (Excel, PowerPoint, Planner, Teams, OneNote, etc.).
