Your main tasks will be:
1. Guide and mentor QA team members, providing guidance on testing methodologies, tools and techniques, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
2. Provide expert advice on any aspect of test planning and execution.
3. Perform comprehensive regression testing when resolving bugs.
4. Support and guide test case creation through detailed technical analysis of functional and non-functional specifications.
5. Define test policy and manage related support processes.
6. Take responsibility and management of all testing activities.
7. Create detailed and comprehensive test cases, reviewed and approved together with product owners.
8. Contribute to the writing of blog articles, white papers and case studies as required.
WHAT DO WE NEED IN OUR TEAM?
For this position, we are looking for experts with previous experience leading and managing QA teams, as well as the ability to effectively lead cross-functional software development teams, practical experience in software testing methodologies, tools and techniques, agile methodologies and environments, and knowledge and use of QA test management platforms.
Certifications such as ISTQB, CSTE or CSQA, familiarity with the implementation and use of test automation tools and frameworks will be an advantage.
