Account Manager
Overview
We are seeking a results-driven Account Manager to join our team in Valencia, Spain. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with SMB customers and driving revenue growth.
Your Role
* Sales Target Achievement: Drive performance and exceed quota and revenue targets by proactively engaging with small and medium-sized businesses to generate new opportunities.
* Outbound SMB Sales: Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term success through regular communication and proposal development aligned with client needs.
* Pipeline Management: Monitor and report on sales activities and progress, ensuring accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions.
Requirements
* Fluent in German (C1/C2) and advanced English language skills.
* Previous experience in outbound sales, ideally in B2B/SMB environments.
* Strong motivation to hit targets and exceed KPIs, with skilled pipeline management and sales forecasting abilities.
* Confident communicator with excellent negotiation skills and a consultative mindset.
* Proficient in CRM tools and structured sales processes.
