Alphega aims to become the leading network of independent pharmacies in Europe, differentiating itself from competitors. The role involves reporting to the Alphega Regional Director and collaborating with the Alphega Leadership Team, Divisional Colleagues, and Country Teams to enhance excellence within the pharmacy network and the sales force operating model.
Key Responsibilities
Project Transition: Develop comprehensive plans to transition approved projects into ongoing operations.
Performance Reporting: Provide regular and ad-hoc reports on key metrics related to efficiency and effectiveness.
Process Optimization: Evaluate in-store processes to eliminate non-value-adding activities and improve sales force efficiency using the Salesforce B2B CRM tool.
Market Deployment: Expand deployment across all markets while ensuring Spain remains a center of excellence.
Technological Development: Create technological assets to enhance daily pharmacy operations and support consumer experience.
Service Integration: Ensure smooth transitions of new services from pilot to business as usual, including reporting and best practice sharing.
E-health Integration: Adapt rapidly to new e-health services and operating models, acting as a resource for countries.
Marketing Evaluation: Assess the execution of marketing campaigns, focusing on ROI and identifying opportunities and risks.
Category Management: Ensure effective category management across markets, supported by performance metrics and visual evidence.
Standard Operating Procedures: Establish and drive standard operating procedures to promote excellence within the network.
Data-Driven Insights: Utilize CRM and data analytics to identify strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement.
Compliance Support: Ensure alignment with AB Compliance regulations and resolve identified weaknesses.
Collaborative Communication: Foster clear communication between central and country teams to minimize ambiguity.
Concerns Escalation: Regularly check on country operations and escalate concerns to the Regional Director.
Idea Sharing: Facilitate collaboration with AB and GNP for sharing ideas and reducing costs through duplication elimination.

The ideal candidate for this role will possess strong skills to drive excellence within large international networks and facilitate transformational change.
Requirements
Collaboration: Spend approximately 80% of their time working virtually with country teams to understand market dynamics and develop robust delivery plans.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Use data to create compelling examples of operational changes and establish themselves as the business expert in excellence.
Detail Orientation: Demonstrate attention to detail and a passion for excellence, focusing on insights that inform performance dynamics and translate into actionable strategies.
Experience:
Minimum of 10 years of multi-site international experience in pharmacy, pharmaceuticals, or FMCG, with at least 5 years in a senior executive role.
Good understanding of pharmacy and healthcare services especially in pharmacies.
A proven ability to inspire and enable countries and divisional leaders to adopt transformation strategies.
Operational Expertise: Previous experience in complex operational roles aimed at continuous improvement and successfully implementing change programs.
Language Proficiency: Fluent in English (both verbal and written); proficiency in a second language is preferred - Spanish or French.
IT Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Cultural Awareness: Strong awareness of cultural and individual differences, with a genuine passion for people.
Educational Background
Degree: Bachelor's degree, Master's degree, or equivalent.
Industry Knowledge: Strong knowledge of network operations in pharmaceutical or FMCG ecosystems and experience in developing excellence across multi-site operations, ideally in multiple international markets.
