QUÉ HARÁS DÍA A DÍA
1. Act as a P&C business partner to the unit manager on all People topics.
2. Lead and develop the unit P&C team to provide excellent co-worker experience.
3. Ensure the market people strategy and action plan.
4. Influence the management team to develop leadership in each of the functions.
5. Together with the management team, ensure the market's succession plan, paying special attention to high performers and high potentials.
6. Be a good example of leadership through our Values, ensuring that the IKEA Culture is a living reality.
7. Responsible for implementation of coworker relations plan that effectively manages all local interactions with coworkers and ensures that all areas in the unit work with the labour relations principles and uphold local policies, procedures and laws.
8. Together with the Business Navigation Manager responsible for the distribution of budget hours between the unit departments, according to the need of the business and the coworker, enabling an effective and efficient people planning process.
