We're currently recruiting a HR Generalist (INTERIM) for a fintech based in Barcelona. You will work in partnership with leaders and line managers in relation to the following areas: sourcing, employee relations, compensation & benefits, HR systems and data management, employee engagement & development, risk prevention and other HR policies.
Functions:
• Develops and ensures corporate recruiting objectives are met. Supports the execution of
recruitment by utilizing external contacts, advertising, job and career fairs, social media sites and
talent networking along with other means to assist in the hiring of candidates.
• Demonstrates knowledge and understanding of existing policies and procedures to support routine
and non-routine inquiries from team members regarding: performance review, hiring, onboarding,
employee development, benefits, corporate events, risk prevention, record keeping, and reporting.
Reviews, drafts and updates policies and procedures. Prepares for and may attend audits to validate
compliance with corporate policies and procedure. Manage employee relations matters.
• Participate in employee development plans and programs to support organizational needs, such as
management development, talent management, technical or nontechnical training, or e-learning.
• Supports the design and implementation of human resource plans, programs, policies and
practices that effectively support the delivery of goals. Manages and implements new strategies
and projects, such as employment practices, recruitment and staffing, team member development
and relations, benefits, Corporate Social Responsibility plan and other HR Operations processes.
• Performs data look up and data entry in various HR administration systems to aid in resolving
inquiries; performs periodic audits for accuracy to ensure a smooth process with payroll.
Requirements:
* University Bachelor’s Degree – Psychology.
* At least 4 years of experience in HR programs and project implementation
* 3+ Full cycle recruiter experience within high growth organizations. Focus on Tech/IT roles will
be a plus.
