This role will focus on sourcing unique investment opportunities for our clientele of single-family and multi-family offices around the world. Our Private Wealth Management Summit, along with our proprietary digital allocation platform, is the ultimate meeting point between Ultra-High-Net-Worth investors and private fund managers looking to raise capital.
We are looking for a driven, enthusiastic, and passionate professional to join our Summits team as a Business Development Executive. In this role, you will be identifying and selling to key leaders in the Alternative Investments space and facilitating introductions to our Ultra-High-Net-Worth network.

Key Responsibilities
Generating and prospecting new leads to create book of business.
Targeting General Partners and C-suite decision-makers of alternative investments firms including private equity, real estate, and hedge funds.
Contacting, qualifying, and engaging prospects through email, LinkedIn, and cold-calling.
Keeping an organized record of sales activity and pipeline.
Nurturing new and existing client relationships.
Traveling to destination cities nationwide to tend to clients.
Qualifications
Sales experience: minimum of 2 years of proven B2B or B2C sales experience, preferably with a high-priced product.
Recognized Bachelor’s Degree or higher in any discipline.
Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).
Prospecting and outreach experience in cold calling C-level executives.
Experience in creating and launching strategic marketing email campaigns.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Strong hunter mentality through disciplined KPI’s plus farmer ability to nurture and develop relationships. Both are crucial to success in this role.
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive salary package comprised of base salary (€24,000) uncapped commission on new and repeat business.
OTE for year 1: €50,000-80,000
OTE for year 2: €80,000-110,000
