A market-leading company specializing in steelwork connection solutions is looking for a Regional Sales Engineer to cover Southern Europe (Spain, Portugal, Greece, Turkey, and the Adriatic region).
About the Role
As a Regional Sales Engineer, you will drive market growth by working with distributors, engineering firms, and contractors to increase specification sales. Key responsibilities include :
* Engaging with engineers, project managers, and specifiers to secure product specifications
* Managing and expanding the Southern European distributor network
* Identifying new market opportunities and building key relationships
* Providing technical expertise and training to partners and customers
What We’re Looking For
* Degree in Structural, Civil, or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent experience)
* Fluent Spanish & English (additional languages are a bonus)
* Experience in specification sales, construction, or engineering
* Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
* Willingness to travel across the region (~50% national, 20% international)
