The People ( HR) business partner serves as a strategic partner to align business objectives with employees and management across the EMEA region. This role acts as a trusted advisor, change agent, and driver of HR initiatives that support business goals and foster a high-performance, inclusive workplace.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESBusiness Partnership:Collaborate with business leaders to understand needs and align HR strategies with organizational goals.Provide expertise in organizational structure, workforce planning, and succession planning.Lead performance management processes, employee engagement initiatives, and talent development programs.Support managers in setting goals, conducting performance feedback sessions, and driving results.Training & Development:Analyze training needs across EMEA sites and develop tailored training plans.Ensure proper execution of performance reviews, supporting managers with tools and guidance to manage performance effectively.Employee Relations:Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on complex employee relations matters.Resolve employee relations issues while ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.Foster a positive, inclusive workplace culture that reflects company values.Change Management:Support organizational change initiatives, including restructuring, mergers, and acquisitions.Design and deliver change management programs to ensure seamless transitions.HR Strategy & Projects:Implement global HR initiatives in alignment with company culture and strategic objectives.Lead HR projects globally to support the Chief People Officer’s agenda.Data Analysis & Reporting:Maintain and leverage HRIS for data management, reporting, and workforce analysis.Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to senior leadership on key talent trends.Compliance & Risk Management:Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies to mitigate risks.Provide guidance during internal audits or external regulatory inquiries.Manage legal matters related to employees in collaboration with legal advisors.QUALIFICATIONSEducation:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Master’s degree is a plus.Experience:5-7 years of HR generalist or HR coordinator experience.Demonstrated success in partnering with business leaders to achieve results.Experience working in global organizations with a diverse workforce.Skills & Competencies:In-depth knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.Proven ability to handle sensitive issues with discretion and professionalism.Excellent project management skills and the ability to lead initiatives from start to finish.Proficiency in HR systems, HRIS, and data analytics tools.High level of English – both written and oralLanguage: German - is a plusAdditional Requirements and information:Flexibility to travel within the EMEA region few times a year.Hybrid position (4 days work from the office and 1 day work from home)
