Responsibilities:
* Responsible for the operation of Retail Management for POSM design, production, and retail deployment.
* Retail penetration analysis - Analyzing market insights to ensure retail coverage effectively penetrates the market.
* Retail co-marketing campaign - Responsible for roadshow activities, setup, ROI calculation, and implementation of retail seasonal campaigns to achieve sales objectives.
* Field force management - Responsible for hiring, execution, KPI setting, and agency management.
Minimum Requirements:
* Spanish is a must; English is preferred.
* Engagement in the complete operation of Retail Management for 3 years or more, with relevant operational experience in the consumer electronics product industry preferred.
* Proficiency in data analysis and ROI calculation to ensure every campaign fully utilizes the budget.
* Independent in taking responsibility for managing suppliers and negotiating with retailers.
* Possess logical thinking, management and coordination abilities, operational execution capability, learning ability, and stress resistance.
