Your role:
1. Lead and serve as the primary point of contact for assigned spare parts projects/orders across different markets (Nuclear, Power, Water, Desalination, Oil & Gas).
2. Responsible for contract review, execution, necessary negotiations, risk assessment, collection monitoring, conflict and incident management, satisfaction surveys, and warranty management for each project.
3. Review of quality requirements and follow-up of factory inspections with clients.
4. Gain the trust of our clients and establish long-lasting relationships with them to achieve maximum satisfaction. Maintaining good, proactive communication will be very important.
5. Coordination with our logistics department for the collection of products from our clients.
6. Meet annual goals for invoicing, on-time deliveries, and backlogs.
Your profile:
1. Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, specializing in mechanics.
2. Fluent in Spanish AND English. Other languages are a plus.
3. Advanced level of Excel. Must be able to improve work efficiency using computer tools.
4. Strong communication and social skills. Ability to influence and make things happen.
5. Ability to solve problems and learn quickly. Passion for continuous improvement.
6. Ability to work under pressure and be goal-oriented.
7. The successful candidate must be autonomous, tenacious, and creative. You will need to adapt quickly to a highly dynamic work environment where prioritization and multitasking are key.
8. Enthusiastic and a team player.
9. Willingness to travel 10% of the time.
10. Previous experience in a similar position is a plus.
11. Knowledge and experience in the nuclear market (Dedication Plans, ASME, 10CFR50, NUPIC, Materials Regulations, etc.) will be highly valued.
12. Knowledge of rotating equipment and its applications will be a plus.
13. Project Management certifications, IPMA, PMI, or similar will be a plus.
14. Financial knowledge (cash flow, inventory, cost control, invoicing, etc.) will be highly valued.
