About the Business Development Role:
This position reports directly to the Business Developer Director and focuses on driving business development for the Mediktor Professional solution.
The main objective is to attract new clients in Europe, increasing the company's turnover in the assigned segment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct market research and analysis in the assigned segment and region.
* Understand client needs and challenges to adapt the offer and create a compelling value proposition.
* Leverage industry connections to locate, develop, and close business relationships with Clinical Organizations (Hospitals, Hospital groups, Health Systems, etc.) that align with the Mediktor Professional solution.
* Develop strategic partnerships to facilitate end-customer reach.
* Collaborate with technical, product, and clinical teams to craft proposal strategies and define the most suitable value propositions.
* Negotiate and close trade agreements, ensuring alignment with company procedures and tools.
* Analyze commercial activity to inform sales process improvements and objective achievement.
* Identify and propose new business opportunities and value propositions.
* Represent the company at sector events and conferences.
Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Development, preferably in similar positions within the health sector, with experience negotiating with Hospitals or/and health organizations in the EU region.
* B2B sales experience with SaaS solutions.
* Proven ability to negotiate with C-Level positions.
* Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
* Experience in the technology sector, particularly artificial intelligence applications in healthcare, will be valued.
* Relevant experience in Hospital systems deployment projects will be valued.
* Experience in complex tender and contract development will be valued.
Languages:
* Fluent in English and Spanish.
* Knowledge of other languages is valued.
Competencies:
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills are essential for this role.
